Why choose us to build your beautiful new home?

  • Attention to detail like no other builder in Southern Utah.

  • We communicate with our clients.

  • We only use the best sub-contractors and suppliers.

  • We refuse to use substandard, fly by night or unlicensed subs.

  • Many of our subs and suppliers have been with us for over 15 years.

  • We treat our subs and suppliers with respect and kindness. They want to do a superior job for us and our clients.

  • Bret is on the job every day to ensure quality craftsmanship.

  • We do our homework!

  • We do not cut corners!

  • We keep our job sites clean.

  • Bret personally puts the finishing touches on many features in the home.

  • We do not upcharge for upgrades. We only charge for the cost of the upgrade. Many builders upcharge as much as 40%.

  • We give generous and realistic allowances.

  • We provide thorough and complete cost breakdowns for your project. There are no mysteries. You know where every dime of your money is spent.

  • Any cost savings during construction will belong to the client because our Contractor fee is set at the beginning.

  • We do the little things that make a custom home into a FINE CUSTOM HOME.
